Trick or Treat? Halloween candy can be a trick instead of a treat if it has hidden wheat in it. How can we know if Halloween candy is safe for us and our children if we have wheat allergies? Hold on Halloween Candy Lovers ~ Don't panic! I have GOOD NEWS for you.
The exciting news is that many manufacturers are clearly labeling the packages of candy if it is wheat or gluten-free. This is such a time-saver when we race into the store to pick up our essential Halloween CHOCOLATES! (C'mon... is any candy, other than chocolate, worthy of passing out at Halloween?)
